Made in Chelsea star Frankie Gaff has teamed up with personalised jewellery brand Lily Belle to launch her own collection, available to buy from September 19.

Gaff, who's previously worked with brands including Grace Jacob Swimwear, Abbott Lyon and George at ASDA, posted on Instagram 'Super excited that I can finally share with you guys I've project that I've been working on over the past couple of months.
